About JCHS Theatre Booster Club:


JCHS Theatre Booster Club is a nonprofit designated 501(c)3 parent support group for the

JCHS Theatre Arts Department under the direction of Nichole Cabaniss.  The group's mission

is to enhance the theatre program with talent, time, and financial donations.

What Do Boosters Do?


  • Raise funds to augment the theatre budget and provide additional performance opportunities

       through various Booster Events.  Funds are used for production support, equipment and other

       theatre needs.

  • Provide mentoring and sweat equity in the production of sets, props, and costumes.

  • Loan and acquire items for props and scenery (nothing heirloom, please).

  • Publicize all events and help produce show programs; maintain a Webpage.

  • Manage front of house for all events:  tickets, ushers, concessions.

  • Provide hospitality - we feed students on long rehearsal/build days and school day shows.


Please join us for our JCHS Theatre Booster Club meetings for 2021-22:    

 Meetings are held the first Monday of each month (unless it is a student holiday) at 6:30 pm in the Black Box.

How Can You Get In On The Act?


  • Become a JCHS Theatre Booster member (There are lots of perks to becoming a booster.)

  • Ticket sales, concessions, ushering

  • Advertising/publicity both in graphic arts and distribution

  • Baking/cooking

  • Costuming /sewing

  • Set construction and painting
